Capsicum Curry
Ingredients:
Capsicum (medium-3 nos. )
Onion ( big-1 nos.)
Tomatoes ( big-2 nos. )
Red chilli powder-1 spoon
Garam masala-1 spoon
For Seasoning:
Mustard seeds-1 spoon
Cumin seeds-1 spoon
Urad dal-1 spoon
Chana dal-1 spoon
Procedure:
- In a skillet, add a spoon of oil and do the seasoning.
- Add the thinly sliced onions and saute till they are soft.
- Add the chopped capsicum peices and saute for few minutes till they are soft.
- Add the tomato pieces, salt, turmeric,chilli powder, garam masala powder and cover with a lid.
- Cook over a low flame till the veggies completely take the spicy flavour for about 5-7 minutes and put off the stove.
