Beans - Coconut Curry
Ingredients:
Beans-500grams ( chopped to small pieces)
Fresh grated coconut-1 cup
Green chillies-4
Cumin seeds-1 spoon
Salt to taste

For Seasoning:
Mustard seeds-1 spoon
Cumin seeds-1 spoon
Urad dal-1 spoon
Few curry leaves
Procedure:
- In a skillet, add a spoon of oil and do the seasoning.
- Add the chopped beans, saute for few minutes and cover with a lid.
- Stir ocassionally to prevent burning.
- Meanwhile, grind the freshly grated coconut, cumin seeds
and green chillies to a smooth paste,without adding any water. - After the beans are half done, add the above coconut paste and salt to the beans
and stir ocassionally. - Once the coconut paste leaves its raw smell and the beans are completely done, put off the stove.
