Jonna Masala(Corn Kernels in Spicy gravy)
Ingredients:
Corn kernels-250 grams
onion-1(big) Tomato-1 (big)
Garam masala-1tsp
Turmeric-1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Green chillies-2 Curd-2 tsps
Salt to taste

Procedure:
- Boil the corn kernels and keep aside.
- Chop the onion and tomatoes.
- In a pan, add a spoon of oil, saute the chopped green chillies.
- Add the chopped onions and saute till they are soft.
- Add turmeric, chilli powder, garam masala and saute for a minute.
- Add the tomatoes and saute for few minutes, till the tomatoes turn soft.
- Finally add the curd and mix well and wait till the gravy thickens.
- Allow the gravy to cool completely.
- Grind this gravy to a thick paste.
- Again, add a spoon of oil in a pan, fry the gravy for a minute and add the boiled corn.
- Cover the pan with a lid for about five minutes, till the corn kernels mix well with the gravy.

Serve it hot, by squeezing one-fourth lemon over it.
