Bottle gourd chutney (Anapakaya pachadi)

Ingredients:
Bottle gourd- 1 (small)
Tomato- 1
Green chillies- 1 or 2
Tamarind- small lemon size
Garlic- 1 flake
Cumin- 1 tsp
Salt to taste

Procedure:
- Peel the outer skin of bottle gourd and chop it finely to small pieces.
- Chop the tomato also to small pieces.
- Chop the green chillies finely.
- Heat a skillet and add a spoon of oil.
- Add the green chillies, chopped bottle gourd pieces and fry for few minutes, till they leave the raw smell.
- Add the chopped tomato and tamarind and fry for few minutes, till they turn soft and come together.
- Transfer the ingredients to a plate and allow them to cool.
- Grind this stuff along with the cumin and garlic.
- Adjust the salt according to your taste.

Serve it with some steamed rice and a papad.
