Carrot Milk

Ingredients:
Milk- 2 cups
carrots- 2
Sugar- 2 tsps
Honey- 1 tsp
Cashews- 5 or 6
Almonds- 4 or 5 ( optional )(soaked in a cup of water for few minutes)

Procedure:
- Wash and grate the carrots.
- Add the grated carrots to the milk and boil for few minutes over a low flame.
- Slowly the milk starts taking the colour of the carrots. A nice orange colour can be noticed. After few minutes, check if the carrots are well boiled.
- Then put off the stove and allow the milk to cool.
- Blend the milk along with the boiled carrots, sugar and honey.
- If you don’t like the taste of the boiled carrots, you may even strain and then have it.
- Slice the cashews and almonds and add them to the carrot milk.
- Serve it chilled.
