Fried Rice Flakes

Ingredients:
Rice Flakes- 1 cup
Peanuts- 1/4th cup
Curry leaves- 10
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
Oil- 2 tsps
Procedure:
- Heat a wide skillet and add two spoons of oil. Add the rice flakes and fry for few minutes, without turning them to brown.
- Add the peanuts to the partially fried flakes and fry again.
- Add the curry leaves also and continue frying for another one minute.
- Adjust the salt and chilli powder and mix well.
- Store the fried flakes in an air tight container.

Serve them hot or cold with a cup of coffee or tea.
